EZMusic helps you learn piano with Falling Notes from the piano videos you choose. If you need help, email us — we usually reply within 2 business days.

When reporting a problem, please include the app version (Settings → About), your iPhone/iPad model, iOS version and the steps to reproduce it. Never send us your password.

Account

Sign in with your username or email, or with Apple / Google.

Delete your account in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. Your account and all data linked to it are permanently deleted.

Creating tutorials

Choose a piano video (or audio file) from Photos or Files and EZMusic builds a Falling Notes tutorial. Only the audio is sent to our server for analysis. Results are generated automatically and may not be fully accurate.

Only use content you have the right to use.

Share diagnostic data and Help improve EZMusic are both off by default. See the Privacy Policy for details.
